Match Fixture and Dates

Once registered, players are expected to participate in pre-season squad training sessions, season team training sessions and matches.  If a player is unable to attend a training session or match, they’re expected to communicate their unavailability as soon as possible to their coach or team manager.

Below are the SMJFL season dates for 2026.

The match fixture for each round, including opposing team, time and venue, will be posted the week before each round.

CLUB DATES

These dates are subject to change and final dates will be confirmed in 2026

01/12/2025 - Registrations open - returning members only

15/12/2026 - Registrations open - all new and returning members

01/03/2026 - Transfers from other clubs open

13/02/2026-  Early bird registrations close

19/04/2026 - Round 1 starts
