Thrive is guided by Rest Coach Amy Hespe and Dietitian Kasey Jaeger, with support from GPs Dr. Clea Alexander and Dr. Christie Bryant, and Personal Trainer and Health Coach Erin Conroy. Together, they offer real tools, meaningful connection, and honest conversations in a supportive circle of courageous women ready to embrace the next chapter of life on their own terms.
